To ensure the freshest cookies possible, orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Orders placed after Tuesday may be held until the next shipping day.

All cookies are individually heat sealed for freshness and carefully packaged to help minimize breakage during transit.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

NatsOvenLove is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
